I can't believe another weigh in!  where did the time go… it seems like just yesterday that I weighed in… eek… some of my pants are bigger - maybe thats a good sign!

Hi guys - guess I haven't blogged in quite a few weeks! I did not do well at my last weigh in. My mother passed away and food was my solace, but I have rededicated myself to healthy eating and exercise and hope to be back on track!
